Terms and conditions for QannoX ApS
Generally
The following sales & delivery conditions apply to all forms of sales, delivery and offers, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the parties. NL17 & NLM are considered as being the standards.
Prices
All prices are excl. VAT, and other taxes in Euro (EUR). QannoX ApS reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice, unless otherwise agreed. A special handling fee / freight cost may apply on selected item numbers.
Offers
All offers submitted by QannoX ApS are valid for 30 days but are only binding once QannoX ApS has accepted the order in writing.
Procured goods
A purchase of procured goods is final once QannoX ApS has confirmed the order in writing. After this, the order cannot be canceled or returned. QannoX ApS normally pick and Pack orders within 2-5 days from receiving the PO.
Delivery
Delivery is Exw. Slangerup and at the buyer's expense and risk, unless otherwise agreed. All stated delivery times are not binding.
We ship your order with FedEx.
Norway, Greenland, the Faroe Islands, England & Switzerland:
Orders cannot be placed directly from the countries above, as shipping costs may vary too much. Therefore, orders to these countries must be placed via email, after which we will contact you with further information regarding the shipping price.
Receipt of goods
If the packaging is damaged or there are visible signs of damage, receipt must be received with subject “DAMAGE TO CONTENT”. Alternatively, receipt of goods may be refused.
Contact QannoX ApS on tel .: +45 2092 4393 or e-mail: msk@qannox.com and notify that the item has been rejected. All transport damage MUST be reported within 2 working days after the damage has been established.
Returns and complaints
12-month right of complaint is granted from the date of purchase.
QannoX ApS is not liable for defects and deficiencies due to improper operation, careless handling, overload, inadequate maintenance or storage and use in humid, dusty or wet areas, unless the tool is particularly useful for this purpose. If deliveries prove to be defective, the buyer is obliged to do so within 14 days. If the complaint is not made or the buyer complains too late, the buyer loses the right to claim the defect.
A return fee of 10% is charged unless there is a complaint or repair.
The buyer is also responsible for proper packaging of the returned item. If the item and/or original packaging is damaged on receipt, QannoX ApS can also charge a decoration on the return item.
Payment
The payment terms are to be agreed.
Product responsibility
If a product delivered or installed by QannoX ApS causes any damage to a person as a result of a defect in the product, Diesella is only liable to the extent that the liability can be imposed on the seller in accordance with general legal rules.
QannoX ApS is not liable for damage to the buyer's or third party's items, caused by defects in the delivered product, if the item in question is intended for commercial use.
Qannox ApS liability includes in no cases operating loss, loss of time, loss of profit or other indirect loss incurred by the buyer or third parties.
QannoX ApS also disclaims liability for products that include materials supplied by the buyer and for products manufactured by the buyer that includes materials supplied by QannoX ApS, unless the damage can be attributed to QannoX ApS product.
QannoX ApS has signed a Product liability Insurance.
Force majeure
QannoX ApS is not liable for non-fulfillment of its obligations due to force majeure, war, riots, civil unrest, government intervention, pandemics, strike, lockout, export and/or import bans, missing, defective or delayed deliveries from subcontractors.
